Tibs...I'd chuck the plastic rim/pond and just use a liner and tuck edges under brick. Put sand or ROUND/POLISHED stone in bottom for protection. Leave sides black. Cut outs for hoses 'n stuffis.
Then there's nothing to level or hide.

Actually contacted the place that originally did the driveway back in 1983. Hoping they
can help a past customer. THEY caused the problem anyway. Waiting for a callback.

Finally heard back... the work request (which needed to be described, voice) is being routed to
the "estimator" who will be out "later this week".

forecast changes do is cause unease.
