I've got to go rework some "art" that some "artist" decided to make that, although it looks good "oooh...pretty pixels in 3D" totally doesn't work in the technical 3D model side of things.
If you ever become a 3D artist, and make a building, go ahead and make it from separate "floors" and meshes. But, before you publish it, MERGE THE STUFF INTO A STREAMLINED MODEL. Don't make 12 different "boxes" and 12 different colliders and 12 different textures (they have tiling) for a 12 story building. It's ONE object, not 12...and .....well, .... never mind. The whole reason I purchased this was so I wouldn't have to
with it...

caveat emptor.....there goes some of my cash and time (I'll salvage a bunch of it. It's amazing the things reviews rate as "five stars"...
