Ignoring things will not make them better. I understand it's a hard place to be, but c'mon.
He did not even go in the house to say a hello to his Mom.
Is it wrong to think that between him and the other five living siblings (two of them local)
they could not do better than somebody - by appearances - from Craigslist?
If something similar happens today, I'll be sure to ask for ID... maybe get the name of the
company providing the care. Yep... not my business. But it would be proper to express
SOME concern in a calm manner (which I am able to do, believe it or not).
Yes, it was a particularly good card last night, especially the main event.

after taking some punishment in the first couple of minutes of the first round, Tate put Jessica Eye to the mat with a nice right hand. She's hot and packs a punch and a great ground game (yes, I'm still talking about MMA

I'll just do it from afar. I know the boundaries, which I may be toeing at the moment.
Plan to just pop in to visit her this afternoon. Make sure the A/C is on and take a quick
cursory look around. And pet her kitties.

True. It looks like there is going to be a 3rd match between the 2. It will end as the first 2 matches ended. But, hopefully entertaining.

And speaking of "boundaries", PART THREE, first-world problem, considering...
Per the picture posted earlier this week of that bush - or whatever it is - encroaching on
the property-line (boundary) pine tree, I pulled out all I could using a step ladder and rake
on Thursday. I left the big pile in-place on the ground so it could dry up and be easier to
jam into a bag or trash container.
Since big burly bear-son was mowing the grass yesterday, why did I even think that MAYBE
he would pick it up FOR me. I cut it. I pulled it down to the ground in a semi-neat pile.
It's HER bush's growth (you behave, Pepper). But, there it remains.
I was probably just aggravated at the previous goings-on.
Can't wait for Fall and the mutant maple leaf drop. S O S this year, I guess.

Just trying to inject a LITTLE humour into the story-telling.
She told me the grandson (the bear's spawn) will get the house. (Great... single father
of three kids, all under 8 years old.) I do see on the tax rolls that ownership was
transferred to one of her daughters, who lives in California, six years ago. I'm just
guessing that was done to protect it from the gubmint should she need to go on Medicaid.
Spend-down and all that. I hope that she has also gifted a bunch of $ over the years.
And safety-wise... I'm also guessing she's a bit beyond "assisted living" at this point. At
least from my uneducated observations.
