There IS something so cute about a fat cat, though. My Riffy is a bit on the pudgy side.18.03 pounds as of this morning. He gained over this past Winter due to being stuck in the house.
It slows him down... not at all.

I do not cut them flat on the top. Wastes pepper.
And yes... "I see membrane", @AttyPops . It cooks.
I'll just note that Bear complains a lot, but follows the no-ketchup rule really well....AUGH!!! Caught without fresh garlic! Jarred will have to do. Rice still cooking.

I skipped the fresh garlic at the store. They want like a $1.00 per bulb. Screw em. Only really need it for certain dishes that use garlic in certain ways...like fresh raw/uncooked (on bruschetta), or sliced rather than minced. So it's rare for me these days. I used to always use fresh, but it's getting stupid pricey.AUGH!!! Caught without fresh garlic! Jarred will have to do. Rice still cooking.

See what I mean about "staged" food images not looking like real-life?
And they are in, 350, 75-90 minutes. Cheese will go on during last 10. "Hus" will just have to
bide time until then... probably watching "Sapphire and Steel" on YouTube (his cuurent addiction).
Joanna Lumley has ALWAYS been good, but that show was/is a BIT beyond me. Maybe @AttyPops
will chime in, but I prefer not to NEED to THINK during a television show. Much too cerebral.
I'd rather just veg-out in front of a CRT.
Viva la "Roseanne".
