Well, the Athiests usually joke about that in the OUTSIDE!, so I'll leave that to them.

However I think "Dutch", in this case, is a reference to "Deutsche". So it makes sense upon further research. Tibs would probably know. Bet she's made them. Then again, it may be some Americanized thing.

The full bet was a penny. You paid (an expensive) 1/2 penny. So you can only pay the rest of your debt with another (expensive) 1/2 penny.

Coin collectors will pay me for them.

The whatever-you-call-them European baked pancake with lemon, butter, and powdered sugar is a great breakfast treat for something different. Highly recommended. And easy too.
