Calendar still says "Summer". It also says "1 month before the early leaves start to drop"... and it
makes me queasy.

Oh my did that bring back memories from my school days when every September the weather was cooling down and school was imminent! My tummy used to get so queasy! I was an A student so it wasn't that I was apprehensive, but just so sad that the glory of summer was coming to an end.

YOU are the one that's insisting "All of Summer always equals Hot." Thus forcing a "false binary discrepancy".
I said no such thing. Summer (at the end, and also at the start I guess) can be cool too.

It's time to plant Spring bulbs, if you are so inclined.

Also remember: be sure they are FRESH 2015 bulbs, and not the stores' leftovers from last year.

Wish there was a wider choice for this region. Hyacinths, daffodils and tulips are just about
the only WISE choices. :: yawn :: Anything else is a crap shoot.

You don't. That's why she's always cleaning it.

a constant battle which humans will never win.
