Frappin computer crashed, and don't know whether to blame Win10 or my new Dell!
Techie told me that there would be some glitches with 10, but that doesn't make it acceptable to me.
Lots of things cause crashes. Most commonly device drivers (like graphics) but other things too.
The EVENT VIEWER will help a bit. It will probably contain information as to what happened. There's more detailed stuff I use to figure it out, but I can't explain it from here (Debuggers and crash-dump readers).

First guess, and it's only a guess, is to make sure your graphics drivers are up-to-date. That almost never hurts. Also run Windows Update.

    All drivers are up to date, Windows is updated!
    Have yet to see what the problem was because I got frustrated and am now on my tablet outside!

    Will look at it later when I'm in a more receptive frame of mind!
