Having slight anxiety about kitten...should I be allowed to take care of a "newborn"?

Actually, what I'm kicking myself about the most is the fact that I'm going out of town for an extended weekend, a month after getting her.

I wish it was Sunday already.

Hey Mad...just the pre pet jitters is all you have. Kitten is very ready for a new home. Definitely old enough. Sunday is coming closer....
