Well, $202. later and a script at the pharmacy to be picked up. Puggers allergies are really bad. She will be on 3 different meds. One is fairly new and supposed to be very fast acting with no side effects (expensive, of course). She is also on an antibiotic because the vet thinks she is just starting with a UTI, too, which is causing her to drink and pee so much. No diabetes. Thankfully. Also, allergies can be contributing to her infection, because she is all red at the end of her back by her tail, and near her um....uh....Suzy. Couldn't properly express her um...uh...glands, so she needs warm compresses to try and loosen things up. Doc isn't worried about it because they weren't full, and it's only one side.

SOOOOOOO, here's the lineup on the kitchen counter.

Left side: Puggers///////// Right side: Piper
1. Vistaril 2x day //////// Flaygll 2x day
2. Apoquel 2x day//////// Carprofen 2x day
3. Cephlex 3x dat /////// Pepcid 2x day
4. Glucosamine stuff 1x day /////// Fish oil 1x day
5. Fish oil for dogs 1x day /////// Probiotics 1x day

Looks like our own little pharmacy. And how is YOUR day?

Oh dear....

BTW, Hershey gets Zyrtec (generic Kirkland brand)--dirt cheap and it works. She also gets coconut oil, turmeric, sauerkraut, kefir, ACV, chia seeds and a bit of garlic mixed with her kibble. :)

Hello Kat and all y'all!

This is a flyby. Cleaning day...

Hi snails. Flyby.

Wow. Poor dog.
And how is YOUR day?
Better than yours I suppose. No pets.

Making good progress today. Found a good deal on something I needed at 60% off. :)
Leftovers for dinner so meh. But quick and easy (and still good).
Weather looks nice for tomorrow. Going to have to cut grass/leaves (I mulch em now, return nutrients to soil.)

Speaking of supper...

... Hus' church having annual Spaghetti Supper this Friday. Wonder if it includes any
kind of meat... and/or all you can gag down. Bet it's cooked beyond recognition.
I'll go, be sociable, and smile all the while.
Might be good if they put some wine in the sauce. You can have the priest/minister bless it first. Bring one of those little $1.00 bottles. I use em for cooking wine.
And...a baggie of parm. cheese.
;)

You got that right. Throw in warm compresses on Puggers hind end to try and soften things up....poor baby. She is still a trooper, though. And she is worn out this evening.

Thanks, Atty. I think she will be fine. Just gotta get through the next few weeks with my mind intact. Marsha makes 2 schedules, so we are sure not to miss anything.

And, I really like to have my leaves mulched, too. Used to do it myself, but can't anymore. Have a wonderful neighbor kid (only 10 and has to reach a little upwards to push mower) who is better than most lawn services you hire. He is thorough and careful. They will be moving, but not too far away. He says he still wants to cut, so I'll hold onto him as long as I can. He gives me hope for the future. A really hard little worker. Plus, he plays soccer, too.

Heading out. It's nice enough to sit on the deck for a little bit. I'm not exhausted or anything...
Have a great night, Snails....and a better tomorrow. Sweet dreams to all....

Yes... either bring it myself (if I remember) or else go without. One
should never use the cheese-in-a-shaker at any restaurant. Rumour
has it disgruntled workers will add their "Ped Egg" shavings to the mix.
Hey Bear.

Do you think we landed on the moon?
How about the Loch Ness Monster?
