In the 30's here. Low was supposed to be around 30...our first frost if it made it that low, IDK that it did.
Our expected high today is around your current temp. (40's)

I wondered that too about Katya and her situation. It's a real catch-22 for them. They need the rain, but must wish to curse it when it floods. The ground is so dry a lot of the veg that holds stuff died off. Then there's extremes (0 rain, tons of rain, 0 rain, tons of rain...)
