Thanks, Dale. I am making myself half crazy trying to watch her all the time. Poor baby. Even when she's sleeping, I'm hovering nearby. She sure has an appetite, though. Both the allergy and seizure meds can increase her thirst and appetite, so we spend a lot of time going in and out and in and out! :w00t:
I know how it is, can still remember my horror when Cleo first started having those ... but she lived a decent life despite the meds :)

Well, Puggers has had mild ones over the years and we finally realized it was always at allergy season. But NOTHING like what she has now. And she's 13. Am SO hoping the meds work, Dale. She's been through a lot this year, but she is also strong willed, so I have hope....:)

Hope t'mato is doing well at the vets. Good idea to make sure he stays hydrated and fed until the antibiotics really kick in.

    Morning all.

I got a call from the vet yesterday around dinner time. She said T'mato finally pooped.
That's the first time since 28nov15. He was also picking at some of the food. She s.....

    ... just called.

No results on lab work yet. He finished all the food left with him (three different kinds)
overnight. He'll probably be coming home today (lab tests may say otherwise) with a
"hail mary" steroid injection. It would reduce any unseen inflammation and has the
beneficial - in this case - side effect of increasing appetite and thirst.

    That is all.

    -----

Now have the morning to complete errand list. Maybe start wrapping gifts.

    Good morning Bear! :)
What good news about T'mato... maybe he didn't like being left with the vet!

Well, I did give him his first dose of Miralax Sunday night dissolved in a syringe-full
of water, so there is that, too. The Miralax was suggested by vet just in case he
was "plugged up" due to stresses and antibiotic and just to get him flowing again.
    Just a 1/4 teaspoon.

Winter "Weather-Tech" floormats in car. (I'm really grasping at little conquests here.
Those mats are NOT easy to install. They do NOT just plunk into place.)

Sounds better, Bear. Hoping he is turning the corner now.....:)
