New neighbors moved in about 3 weeks ago. Haven't met them but the nosy across the road neighbor has. He lives directly across the road from them. Poor people. They have 2 little girls,one goes to school. They have a dog. They had a ADT security system put in a week after moving in. We saw the truck. So far it's been very quiet.

CES, sounds eventful. That campus of "yours" is quite impressive. Looks like an effort just to get around, state's largest employer, level 1 trauma center, good reviews, lots of funding competition ( )...

It's a decent campus for one in the middle of a downtown area. I have good parking (yay!) but can get lots of exercise going around campus. Lots of construction and expansion. The medical school, hospital, biomedical research, and research graduate programs are all very highly rated
