I am, Tibs. I haven't had many of those kind of days for 6 years, so I cherish them when they come. But I feel like something is changing within me. That I am allowing peace to visit, despite the losses and despite the anxiety. It's sort of a letting go and letting BE. But that takes time and I am willing to let time pass to get there and stay there.

nope, not right now. i'm supposed to fiddle with the voltage to see if i can find an optimal level. the ritalin is being tried for increased energy and better balance ............
