    Good morning,dale:) Looking good.
    Good morning Fran :)

    Yeah...speak for yourself. ;)

    Good morning snails. :)

Well, it rained yesterday and snowed last night. So now we have a few inches of snow on top of ice. Winter. Of course, there's a billion warnings and alerts out...'cuz it snowed. They've predicted doom for the last 2 or 3 days...
The planet is still here. Gonna have to get the plow out this year. :) Should be interesting.
    Good morning Atty :)
It is early for you, what woke you up?

27 this morning, that's mighty cold for us!

and my day is off to a special start...waiting on roto-rooter. sigh.

the toilet decided to back up into the tub this morning. Since it was while i was doing laundry, i suspect my attempts to auger the drain a couple of weeks ago were less than completely successful. The plumber is on the way, so either i'm the first emergency of the day, or they bumped me to the head of the line when i told them i had only the one bathroom AND have had coffee this morning

I'm hoping that having the pipes cleared will take care of it for the next 6-7 years, since that's how long it's been since i last i had to have tree roots cleared from the drain.

don't count on it and prepare to replace those pipes rather sooner than later ........... :(
