They end up being around the same price, maybe $1.00 MORE for the rotisserie. Depends.
Then there's the usual debate about "type". In the good old days, you had fryers and roasters. Now you just have "young chicken" in a bag. Medium sized between the two.
Probably started happening around the same time they sorted all bagged potatoes to pull out the really big ones and sell them to restaurants and/or individually as "baking potatoes" and triple the price.

    ...snip...
The "young chicken" in the bag is RAW chicken.

Anyway, yeah, the rotisserie chickens are good and worth it, IMO. It's the raw ones I was complaining about.

Hate when you are gone all day!!! Bad Bear. But, Dad is important, so I'll let it slide.

Not all day! Car place 08h30 - 09h30. I just tried removing the old spoiler. (The price
does not include installation... it was just being thrown in as goodwill.) Three of the
four screws will NOT come out. I'm thinking LocTite [tm] during original installation.
They will probably need to be drilled out. I'll have to offer to pay... it's only fair...
    extra work/time.

    Then home until around 15h00.

    Sounds Good!
I eye'ed the store's Rotisserie chicken in a plastic cage...should have gone that route.

The ones from super-ultra-mega-palooza-thon-fest-grocery mart are good, and only $5.49.
Quick and easy. I add extra sauce during warming.

E.G. Here's what I got after about 21 seconds of recording performance.
"Gecko" is FF and just represents the "holding object/Top of the tier"
you can open up each row to see details.

I'll take a look/see tomorrow or Thursday when I have more time. Gonna sit with
kitties out on the deck for a bit.

    Never knew about F12!
