So yesterday new neighbor caught hubs out in the yard and walked in. He introduced himself and said he might stop in with a beer later. So later he comes walking over with a 12pk of hubs brand of beer. Does not sit down and announces his intention of walking in the house and putting said beer in our fridge. Wrong!! I don't know you and I did not invite you to go in my house and or in my fridge. I take the beer and bring it in and bring him back one. When it comes time he decides he'll have one more beer but did he learn anything? Nope. Gets up and thinks he going in the house . Wrong again. Even hubs didn't care for that.

He's 44 and I guess his wife is around the same. 2 young girls,Quinn and Tegan,wife with bad foot. He's a building consultant for some chain of Mexican restaurants.

Outside of his manners there's something about this guy I don't like.Funny thing is hubs feels the same way.

Age is no excuse for bad manners either. My grandkids have manners.

Maybe a fence/hedge? (I assume he's a bit away in reality, I imagine you have elbow room IDK why, maybe just in back...)
