"After a critically acclaimed theatrical run, the Amy Winehouse documentary Amy will
arrive on DVD and Blu-ray on December 1st containing unreleased bonus footage and
other special features not included in the film. The home release will be accompanied
by 17 "previously unseen scenes," as director Asif Kapadia calls them, from Winehouse's
personal archives, including this two-minute-long clip showing snippets of the singer's
pre-Back to Black visit to New York City.

YAY! This will be a great purchase!

It would be a good to add those "17 scenes" directly INTO the actual movie to put them
in chronological order/perspective. The movie as it is, is completely chronological. There
were no parts where it looked back... it only moved forward.

Can't wait!!! :)

I know ZERO re: Netflix, so I'll ask...

Does Netflix also include DVD "special features"?... or is it movie-only? I ask
because it'll be available there on 03nov15.

I think for streaming it does not. For DVD, it depends on which version of the DVD you get. But when i still ordered the disks, they frequently had the bonus material.

Oreo update...

... after he had his breakfast, he went exploring into the garage. I took the opportunity
to then close the back door, just to see what he would do if he could not get out.

Bad idea.

He went absolutely WILD. Bolted back into the garage and started climbing the garage
door trying to get out through the windows. Howling and screaming. :( So I opened
the back door (his usual entry point) and when he came back into the house, he climbed
UP the door (using the handle) and ended up on top of the curtain rod, screeching and
hollering. :( :( Finally made it back out.

Now I wonder if he'll come back in again any time soon. Sigh.

ooh, poor oreo...but better to know now. Besides, you have plenty of time to rebuild his trustbetween now and when it's -20 and he ought to come inside for a bit.

If anything, it shows I need to be serious about getting a shelter box together
and putting it under the upper part of the deck. His reaction tells me he may
never want to be indoors for any more than "breakfast".

That's nothing new! I just usually jump right in and get things going.

But now that you have shamed me... GOOD MORNING to all! Wishing everybody
    a very fine day! :)
Ha! You're not ashamed and we both know it :p

Hope Oreo forgives you quickly, dogs do but I'm not so sure about cats

    getting a shelter box together

worth a try, bear! even though they seem to have a knack finding appropriate shelter :?:
mau cat is terrified of storms and, if caught outside, will disappear only to show up afterwards completely dry!
