It's a piece of 2"-thick art glass (cannot recall the fancy-schmacy name for it). I have 6 of those as objet d'art
perched in various spots.

Yeah...totally faked me out.
It's lit, like it's in the sun, but pseudo-sitting on edge of table, with plant there to mess up perspective, and rail in shade but apparently the art-glass isn't.

It doesn't show well in 2nd pic....probably just not lit the same.

Drat.

They like to play with the sun during different parts of the day. I put them
in different spots ever year. Sometimes I move them if they don't show off
very well.

Flyby......friend's colonoscopy got delayed for 2 hours.....all went well. @SilverBear, she said the prep did taste like tang and went down well and the prep was easier.

You see flies in everything! Just like that bustle picture I put up every once in

I was hoping somebody would have put up a pretty funny snippet from
some late-night talk show that aired last night.

The backdrop was a crowd scene from the Pope's visit. They superimposed
a woman whirling her panties over her head and then throwing them AT the
pope... and she yells, "I've got your pope right HERE, baby!!!"

I laughed at breakfast, I did. It was on CBS This Morning. Oooo... maybe it's on
their website!
