if Katmar just happened to 'like' that post, all out of the blue, well, that means that the people in the OUTSIDE are correct and I "brought it here" and it wasn't Bear that did it...encouraged or not. So that means it was my imagination. Only Bear knows for sure, before God, what his intent was.

This is the only thing I have to say. I liked that post because it struck my funny bone. You call me Pit-Mar many the time Outside. I thought it was funny that Bear called you Atty-Pit. That's it. There was NOTHING more to it.

I hope this can put an end to all of the guessing and fighting. It was really that simple. And I am sure my word means nothing to you, Atty, and that's ok. But it really was the ONLY reason I liked it. There was no underhandedness, no PMs, NOTHING. I just found it funny and enjoyed seeing you called Atty-pit after all the times you called me Pit-mar.
I don't think Bear had ANY idea you were calling me that.

Each and EVERY one of us has SOMETHING we simply are unable to find funny - at all.
Regardless of how it is framed. I can count my "Achilles Heel"s on one hand and have
one or two fingers left over. (OK, maybe just one leftover finger.) GUESS what ONE
of those is.

All I want to know is:

A) Atty "brought it here".
B) Bear "brought it here".

And it's OK either way. But if it's B, I don't have to give the same apology as I do if it's A. So I need an answer, particularly since other people that are not you, seem to think they have the answer.

I don't really know who brought what here, nor do I really care.

What I care about is the fact that both of you got hurt. That right there tells me that you both do care and I certainly hope you can work this out to your satisfaction because either/or of you would be horribly missed if you were to stop posting.

It's really too bad that we can't see one another's eyes and facial expression in our on-line communications but we can't. It is what it is and these situations can and do get out of hand.

Something hit one of you wrong and your response hit the other wrong and now we're all out of wack over it. It may not even be completely about what happened here but what was going on in your real world lives at the time. Possible?

I've lost a friend or two on here due to misunderstandings and/or miss spoken words, it hurts ... that might sound silly to you but I'm a woman so sue me.

I wish you both the very best and pardon me if I have spoken out of turn being so new to your thread.

I'm aware of that Tibs. But things that stress us in RL do sometimes cross over and affect how we come across on-line whether we are aware of it or not. But yes, the Outside is ... ugh!

This kind of thing just brings tears to my eyes to be honest, friendships are rare and precious.

The "Pit-" prefix thing was not "brought over" from "over there". Sometimes a "Pit-" prefix
is JUST a "Pit-" prefix. If Tibs yanked the right chains, I could very well call her Pit-first.

There was/is no conspiracy plot between me and anybody else. I cannot speak for other
pairings elsewhere.

And Katmar: I do know Atty was/is calling you that. I read "over there". (And "two times"
is a BIT of an understatement, if we want to be truthful.)

I'm sorry I pushed your button Bear. It was not my intent, I was just teasing you about the moving property line and the infamous tree.

As to the OUTSIDE references, I figured that's where you got it. It was a timing thing as I used the phrase recently. And Katmar says she doesn't like name-calling posts, so that would mean it had another reference that she did like....see? (there was more to it than one word)

And I'm sorry I accused you of "bringing it here". It's just that that phrase had not been used here, only there.
