Starting in Jan, my university is going to add a nicotine surcharge to the insurance. $50/month. Hmph. One way to get it lifted (assuming one is a smoker to start with) is to go to two smoking cessation classes and get NRTs. um?
I'm thinking that using 4ml of 1mg/ml liquid per day wouldn't count as a positive on either a nicotine or a cotinine test (even if they ever chose to test) . It's pretty much placebo levels, and by the time it's in force, I'm likely to be even closer to zero, so i'm gonna enroll as a non-nicotine user.
