Next "partial doc" appointment 26oct15.

He ground shallow slots in a bunch of teeth for the "rest' wires.

Took another set of impressions... more aggressive than last time. I thought the
top one would not release. He got a bunch in the 'stache... and it wouldn't come
out. He thought cutting would be needed. Eyes aflame. I DON'T THINK SO!!!
He ended up using a dental pick and tweezers to remove it.

Also took a bite impression.
