Good morning y'all

Hope you start feeling better today Katmar.

Hope the painkillers are helping Petey sleep through most of his healing crate time.

Having some work down on the foundation of my 100 year old house this morning. Having supports put under the brick columns to keep it from settling further. I'm simultaneously wondering whether it's really necessary and worrying that they'll mess up and cause the house to fall down

translates to a full day! :D

Well, not THAT full. I could work in hosta-cut-down (hard freeze predicted) to avoid
slimy wilted leaves in Spring... Spirea cut-down to allow ALL new growth in Spring.

"Plan Ahead"... that's my motto (among others).

lowering ears and cutting plants sounds decent.

I have to teach this morning, Tibs, and then go to my second job around 3. The work was originally scheduled for December, but since it's a small job they had an opening to work it in early. it just happens that the day they had come open is not one where i can work at home all day. sigh.
