So GF and I just talked. I'm winterizing the trailer this afternoon. Morning is still mine. ;)

And Grrrr. I could winterize it in place at the storage lot. I can bring a small air compressor to blow out the lines, or just run the anti-freeze through them.
But ...Nooooooooooo.

The trailer has water in the storage tank/hot-water-tank. It must be drained, right? So she doesn't want to do that at the storage place. Like it doesn't rain there. Hell, the potable drinking water system is probably CLEANER than the rain water and snow and such. The waste-water system is already drained so that's not an issue.

So now I have to
1) hook up, pull trailer back to her place,
2) winterize it there except for tarp.
3) tow it back to the storage place and park it
4) tarp it.

1 and 3 are all extra work. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Did you explain all that to her? Seems like way extra work when you can do it right there. Water is only water, after all.

Said that exact same thing at least 3 times on 3 different days discussing this (as we almost did it last weekend, but decided on this weekend.).

So IDK. I think she must have other agenda items. Can't figure it out. Will watch to see what she loads/unloads from house<-->trailer. Betting it can all fit in the SUV. So still Grrrrr.

Friend put his condo up for sale (finally)... the condo he has always said is 2,800 sq ft shows in
the listing as 1,384. No way in hell. The lower level ALONE is BIGGER than that. (I may be
a senior, but my spatial comprehension is still that of an 18 year-old... or whenever spatial
    comprehension peaks.)

It must be an error. I fired back to him asking about it... awaiting reply. The lot size is
24x73... 1,752. It's 2 levels... 3,504. Remove garage space and what are you left with?...
right around 2,800. (See, I can do math, too.

) The condo *is* the lot. Zero yard.

"2 bedrooms"!!! LOL!!! There are THREE in the upper level and 2 more rooms in the lower
    which could be bedrooms.

Wow... is that thing screwed up.

But if the price and taxes are correct, I could actually afford it!!! I'm thinking the asking
price is also an error. Way low.

Received a reply about the way-low square footage. :: hmmm ::   :glare:

I don't "get it" plus it smacks of - what? 15 years? - nefarious activity. I'm sorta-kinda thinking
somebody somewhere along the line (future) is going to be in for a bit of a tax shock. And
maybe friend will get socked with some kind of retroactive taxes due... if The Powers can do
that. I would call it "fraud"... but I may be unclear as to the actual term.

Regardless... it had ONE showing on Friday and sold.

Also makes me wonder about the Realtor... and his reputation.
