I only drink "regular tea" and usually quit by dinnertime. I reduce caffeine in evening/night.

Yeah, for me it's all about caffeine. :/
But it helps with stuff too.
I tried to switch to all tea for a while, but haven't been able to make the switch permanent for some reason. When I go out to dinner or whatever I often, but not always, order iced tea. Maybe I'm too lazy to make it everyday. I'd need to make a lot of it. I drink liquid while vaping. The powdered stuff is ....so so. I guess I should try it again.
