I don't really get into baking...much. Except bread. I love "real" bread. It's so expensive these days in the store.

I don't make it enough though...
I thought mass production was supposed to make this stuff reasonably priced. Who wants to pay 5 dollars for a loaf of real bread just because they slap the word "artisan" on it? Grrr.
