I got a compression sleeve for my knee and since stupid knee has been bothering me I decided to try it out yesterday. Not real comfy but not bad. Hard to tell if it helps or not but my knee felt better when I took it off after 4 hours.

Try to use it as much as you can to get the full benefit, Fran. I know you are supposed to work up to longer times wearing it. Hope it really helps. :)

I'm hoping so,Kat:) I was born with this right knee that turns in just a hair. I can remember my Mom rubbing it when I was small because it ached.By the time I reached 6-7 years old The ache went away. I went well over 50 years without problem so I guess I've been lucky. Don't feel lucky............

... annnnnd ... out to vote. Back in a bit! :)

Polling place at the town "Senior Center". After casting ballot, I wanted to know
the age at which one is considered "senior" and able to partake in activities and
stuff. So I kind of linger at the check-in desk and the woman there whined, "Do
you WANT something?" (With the "want" having an annoyed and bothered-sounding
    emphasis).

Maybe I looked like a young whipper-snapper  who had no business in the "senior
area" and she was just being suspicious and cautious.

Got my answer ("60") and said "I'll be back in Spring".

    Granny.

    Biddy.

    Shrew.
