OK, so dinner in the oven (beef .... roast, appropriately enough), then decided to make dinner rolls. So going to try to hold the roast without overcooking it, while the dough rises. But I have this craving for REAL bread.

Salad and mashed potatoes ('cuz gravy) are no time issue.

Today was my dil's baby shower, and I still dislike showers as much as ever......everyone saying oooooh....aaaaaah, and talking a blue streak. The hostess called this a 'sprinkle' as only close friends and family were invited!

I'm glad I did go cause my dil is special to me, but I gave a gift for her and not the baby..(it's their 4th).......so she will be going to a spa for a much needed catering...she appreciated that gift.....

Now, I'm tired from sitting and listening to all the girlie talk.....gosh, they are cute gals and good people, but I'm sooooo past that stage.
