Just two minor adjustments on the lower partial. I'm supposed to let them know on
Monday how things are going. But I'm "free to call them any time* things need a bit
of tweaking".

* Within the next 24 months.

Elderly woman's "apartment" is not quite as I had imagined. :glare: It's pretty much A ROOM,
with a separate bathroom. Guess I had pictured a separate bedroom as well. While the
property and indoor common areas (dining room, theatre, game room, lobby) are all nice,
clean and new, and "residents" are free to go wherever they please, to me it's "assisted
confinement". I'd go batty(er) in 24 hours.

Also thinking the family is not being TOO truthful. She still thinks Mama-feral has access to
the garage... and her grandson will be buying and moving into the house. The latter COULD
be true if something has changed in the last few weeks. The last I heard from her sister
(in-law?) is the grandson does not have funds to buy despite the state's "first-time homeowner"
offer in which they match $-for-$ up to a 10% downpayment amount. MAYBE his Dad decided
to pitch in... don't know. OR... she has agreed to a lower sale price. That remains to be seen.

Well, at least she knows the inside of the house is a shambles and being stripped.
She *will* be going inside (Thanksgiving Day)... said so. She wants to go in.

The "grandson thing" COULD be true. I would rather HE move in ("better the devil
you know" situation) than it become a rental. And his two kids (estimating at 3 and
5 years of age) will be set straight in a timely manner as to where the property line
is... as friendly as I can. Who knows... I may depend on them someday to help in
the annual fall clean-up (and mowing, and...).
