Dad drives me nuts! Calls me just after I get home from his place asking if I
have his credit card. (???) He has apparently lost/misplaced it - again. So -
again - he will need to call and have the card deactivated. Second time in 2
months. Last time he used it was 27jan16, the night of his fall. He has not
been out of his apartment since then.
I managed to get into Chase's phone system to hear balance. But they do not
provide details of use transactions. Things "seem" OK... I believe just his
newspaper subscription accounts for the balance.
Then I try to set up an online account FOR him... so I can check things out
in more detail. They needed to send a 6-digit verification code to his phone.
OK... call him... get paper and pencil ready... someone will call with a code.
Write it down... call me back. He calls back with a code which does not work
because he "thinks" the last number was what she said.
Three tries,
I'm locked out. Never mind, Dad.
