Yeah, we woke up hereabouts with 2 inches of snow on the ground. The good news: It's starting to melt and it's sunny for the moment.

* = Serious freshly ground black pepper + course salt + pinch of garlic powder and onion powder. Main attraction, do it for real, like you mean it, with gusto. (oil chicken first)
** = those Dole fruit cups...they taste like eating fresh fruit. I seriously fell in love with them, and they store better than actual fruit and are packed in natural juices. I don't know what they do, but it's not "old" tasting and not "canned" tasting.
