Hi back ,all y'all.
Atty, I'm still trying to find a builder that has a reasonable price. The first people i talked to bailed at the point that the bank needed paperwork from them. Of course they didn't tell me that until they decided that they weren't going to show for a meeting with the architect. Probably a good thing, but annoying. Everyone who comes highly recommended is busy or really expensive or both. I've ordered the plans, from a different architect, which should help me get better estimates...
oh well, it'll work out one way or another...I've started laundry, gonna walk the dogs, the vacuum and dust, followed by spending the rest of the day with a book
