What's "red" cooked chicken?

The "red" comes from the color the soy sauce gives the broth you simmer it all in.

Basically, soy-broth simmer chicken, with any spices you want to add.

This one, I reduced down, added honey, and made it a "sticky" sweet-spicy chicken strips thing over rice.
