What caught my attention was the 115 mph figure. Wow. That's like being in a tornado. Stuff gets wrecked at those speeds.

It's really scary here, guys. Thanks for your concern. My house sits on a hilltop, with views all the way to Disneyland (we can see and hear their fireworks every night), but when the gale force winds blow, it's really, really bad. We didn't get the 115 mph gusts, but 50-65 mph is no picnic. I'm watching my poor melaleuca tree that'll probably have to go--too close to the neighbor's roof. Just praying that it won't damage his clay tiles...

A lot of accidents on the roads, property damage, downed trees and powerlines. And no rain to speak of.
