Me too Fran, but I'm betting it's time to replace the roofing!

Metal is cheaper than 30 year shingles around here,and it looks good.Part of the trick is getting the new roof on before the roof deck rots and raises the job cost

Stained the floor of the gazebo. Now on to spend a couple/few hours moving topsoil around
the premises and putting down grass seed in trouble areas.

Lets just say the cost per square is less,A square is 10'x10' one more thing when you price metal try company's that do metal buildings they work with the stuff every day and price might be better than a roof co.
