    This cannot be good!
It's not good at all. Fuel lines and brake lines are very rusty,CV axle is gone, nail in one tire and other is bald.Who knows what else. Hubs trying to explain this to this guy but he's dummer than a rock.

but how do you know some won't love it?

guess i better go google! :p
    Didn't say they wouldn't.
Just expressed a (widely held) opinion.

Was trying to "get into" a vague discussion with MadO. IDK what Wednesday is all about either. But the point is that if it's FA I won't be caring much. Cuz fan-ticked.

He's more than welcome to like it all he wants.

    Wednesday is May 4th...

As somewhat of a play on words, we get to say, "May the 4th (Force) be with you."

As far as SW: TFA goes: I enjoyed watching it; I would marry Daisy Ridley in a heartbeat; I think JJ Abrams read all the stuff that's now labelled as "Legends" (i.e., no longer canon) and just thought, "Hey, instead of this, I'll just do the opposite to make it a "NEW" storyline...kinda like the Star Trek reboot.

I didn't really have any expectations for TFA; I just wanted to be entertained. And I was.

I do, however, have high expectations for Ep. XIII.

Also trying to get some kind of answer from somebody re: warranty/
guarantee on a new deck umbrella... offset/cantilever. It's NOT a
cheap purchase and I do not want to go into it blindly. I'm thinking
if they are being evasive, maybe I should look elsewhere.

Bear I have one I picked up at a yard sale for 10.00$ from sears it's been out in the weather for 5 yrs and is just starting to fall apart,I'm not sure how old it was when I got it :)

Last year was #7 for the current one. Saw holes way up top at the peak. The company
is no longer in business and the places that DID have replacement canopies no longer have
any in stock... and won't. The frame and "works" are fine... now. Not sure it would be
wise to commission someone to run up a new canopy only to (finally) have the rope break
    or the frame snap.

All I know is I *want/need* a replacement. I have said a few times - to hubs and friends -
that umbrella was the best deck investment I ever made. It's a comfort to have on hot
    and sunny days.

I'm not about to carry a lacy parasol around.
