Morning Snails. California fell, EU fell (TPD is going into effect on May 20th), and now this. Blitzkrieg? Are they trying to put the vaping genie back in the bottle all over the world simultaneously? Can it be done? I sure hope not.

Not sure what you mean by CA "fell".

Are places in CA still able to sell stuff? I ask because 4 of the last 8 vapemail packages
have come from CA (last 4-5 weeks). If there is a deadline date for CA, what is it?

Gov. Moonbeam just signed a whole bunch of anti-tobacco and anti-vaping bills last night. We've been fighting for years, but we lost. This looks like the beginning of the end--unless somebody with deep pockets unleashes the lawyers...
