If that's the case just cut the heads off and knock them through

I'd have to get that kit and meter (links a few days ago), miles of wire of all
different gauges and styles, a cotton plantation, and a few dozen RBA tanks...

Today Totally Wicked UK lost its challenge to Article 20 of the European Union's Tobacco Products Directive (TPD).
This, amongst other things, limits nicotine strength to 20mg and the size of bottles to 10ml - almost certainly the
FDA is watching.
