100mg/ml is the concentration of nicotine in the carrier. People get that mixed up with what is essentially the the purity . So it can be 99.9% 100mg/ml base, which is 100 mg/ml nic base that is 99.9% nicotine and carrier, and only 0.01% of other stuff.
What - exactly - is on the other end of that?

Yeah, but that's a specialty product. Most people saying 100% mean 100mg. Because 100% would kill you if you got it on your skin. Like dead from a few drops. Pure nic is absorbed readily through the skin when it's not in a base.it's being sold as 99.5% and yes, some people on ecf buy it that way
I doubt anyone without a special license can even get it. I don't think they should be able to, IMO. There's no need to sell it that way. Chemist shops mixing base can use it to make PG or VG nic base, and mix it real well. But otherwise, Joe-average should not be using it without training and equipment.
Edit: Just saw CES'S post. So yeah, 100% is not 100% concentration .

I have chicken breasts thawed. I purchased a new jar of capers a few weeks ago. Have butter. Have olive oil. Lemon juice (bottled :/), Seasonings.
So....chicken piccata with lemon and capers, angel-hair pasta. IDK about veggies.
P.S.
All the lemons around here are super sour. They're all picked real green and shipped up here. MAYBE in the Summer we get decent lemons. Classy and Katya are lucky having fresh lemons around. I usually just get the bottle unless I need zest or wedges, because "real" lemons are just as sour here and just as old. And the bottle is cheaper for most uses.

Looks like they are selling 1000mg nic. But they label it 1000mg.
So we're all correct.
It can get confusing I guess. People aren't always clear.
