Kat, sorry, it wasn't in the manual, but I did watch a video of it earlier that showed it. I don't do anything other than basic ± 1.2-1.5 and rarely go over 8 watts.....yep, I'm a tootler!
I'd use either one; they're all USB and fit interchangeably.
I prefer to take the batteries out and charge them on the Intellicharger or whatever one you may have.
I take batteries out to charge too.
Depends on how hard it is to remove the batteries. It's probably safer to charge them in a good external charger since they aren't in a "closed environment" while charging. That said, probably doesn't matter too much.
My mod, I charge via USB because of the stupid Allen screws (Internal Hex). PITB to take the battery out unless you want to replace it with a new one every once in a while.
If this is the one with the little metal swing-arm...I'd worry about that thing wearing out with repeated use (like daily charging). Just a thought. I haven't seen it so IDK if that's even fair of me. Just thinking of what's "most likely to wear/break."Battery comes out very easy. Magnetic lid pops open, pop out battery, done!

My poor poor watering can!!!It gave me 7 or 8 years of good service.
I remember when its spout used to stand up hard, proud and ready for action.
Now it's a flaccid, floppy shadow of its former self.
