Hey, Folks. See y'all are upbeat about "The Deeming".... I just keep hoping these law suits create, at least, an injunction. I can't believe that with ALL the scientific EVIDENCE out there that the FDA will get its way and put the ecig out of business. I know it's an uphill battle, but ya gotta hang on to hope and be ready to fight the good fight.

Though i was pretty much only trying to answer Atty's question (and am trying to mostly stay out of deeming discussions), i appreciate the additonal info. Both you and he identifed the age limits as an immediate factor, and i missed that piece. I'm hoping to not have to buy much other than flavors and PG for the forseeable future, haven't had to prove my age for a long time, i so didn't pay enough attention to the august impacts. Besides, i thought december was cynical enough. Sigh.

I'll read, and take action, but i find all the chatter and guesses really frustrating. Just reading about makes me angry. Trying to type about it in a coherent manner leaves me furious. So, i'm reading, but not gonna take part in the discussions.

Sorry. I shouldn't have asked...I should have realized that everyone is confused on this, even those that just finished updating themselves on it. It was my own frustration/confusion/angst that led me to ask in the first place.

I talked to the local vape-shop, the comment back was "We're not going anywhere, we're fine." whatever that means. So they don't seem to worried about it right now anyway. Of course, I have to pay much more for their juice than my DIY so I'm still ticked. But if I can stock up on DIY supplies, it won't be too bad.
