Buttered toast (homemade bread too)...layered with light dusting of cheddar cheese, fried tomato, fried shaved ham, scrambled egg-white (egg Beaters), salt + pepper.
The tomato makes it.

You know you're suffering from jet-lag when you forget to shave and put on your belt? Or is that just part of the journey of getting older?
So good to have teh Kittehs back home. They ignored me for the first few hours to make sure I didn't change anything while they were gone, LOL!
