Same source as anyone else...RYO tobacco. Actually, that's probably better tobacco than the low-quality stuff they make nic extract from. But the base goes through a process of some degree of purification.

I never investigated, but I was only assuming NETs were made from
unadulterated tobacco. (RYOs have additives, yes?)

Either way, the ones I have tasted have really grown on me. But I was a
tobacco flavour fan from the start. People into sweets and stuff may have
a hard time with them.
