Therefore: "Lightning AND thunder." Not "Thunder AND lightning".

I hereby decree that it shall be known as Thunder and Lightning.
(It's GOOD to be the king!)
It says:

But how would *I* know? I always had jobs where being right counted, was expected, and not
just shrugged off as a "bad day, oh well"!!!
Both are perfectly acceptable, by definition. Because, it's an AND condition and they are interdependent. The order of appearance in the sentence doesn't determine causality.
So when you have one, you have the other. Thunder and Lightning is equivalent to Lightning and Thunder.
So meh.
