morning, ces, atty and gracie! 
not the hand, ces, it's my arm
gracie, the puncture wound seems to be doing ok. it's the much smaller scratches on the underside of my arm that are in limbo. i probably overlooked them while cleaning since i was preoccupied with the blood spurting out of my vein

eMail from NYS Taxation saying I still owe them money and "penalties are now accruing".
Last I knew, I was all set and THEY owed ME the amount because they took it out twice.
The bank gave me the extra withdrawal out of THEIR money and are going after the
State for the extra withdrawal.
Complete 180 now... I owe THEM money?!?! I do not THINK so.
