Well, this morning's eMail ALLUDED to late penalty and interest. No
specifics. This paper-in-hand shows it in physical form and (to me)
carries a bit more weight. It is dated YESTERDAY. So between the
time it was printed and my call this morning everything got cleared
up, magically? After over 3 months?
