Hus bought a tablet about a month ago. I picked it up for the
first time and took it out on the deck. I still do not like the
"tablet experience". The major thing is figuring out where it is
safe to touch in order to scroll. Always being whisked away due
to a link or something.

Plus, the glare on the screen (even in shade) is just horrible.
It's like a mirror. Thought I could/would come here from the
deck, but it's not happening.

Oooo... wait... he also bought the auxiliary keyboard. (Won't
solve the glare problem, though.)

With my face being reflected back. Told you the glare was

Can't it be made non-glare? Like, buy some kind of overlay film or something.

Try it under the umbrella.

I'm sitting on our lanai but it's covered the entire length of house and have no problem seeing.
Going inside though, cause it's too hot right now

Hmmm... interesting. The Golden Girls had us all buffaloed that they had a lanai,
when - by definition - they did NOT!!!

I saw no screening OR glass.

Just threw together a nice pasta salad...
...tri-flavour rotini (about 8oz)
...Marzetti creamy Italian dressing (about 1 cup)
...extra tablespoon of minced garlic (yes, jarred)
...small jar of pimentos
...6 pepperoncinis, sliced very thin
...about 10 marinated mushrooms (yes, jarred) sliced 'n diced
...about 1 cup of shredded Swiss cheese (yes, bagged)
