It's OK, Tibs......we were contemplating pruning it hard to form a bush, now, no more contemplating. Cassias root easily, so I'll put a few branches in a bubbler, and before long, I'll have a few to plant elsewhere.
Pfffft.

Go palm tree or go home.
:D :p

Aw bummer :(
Well I sure didn't expect to outlive this Oak :( It's going to be a drastic change in our front view without it!

Is it possible to get a tree expert to look at it? Ya just never know...may be diseased which can be remedied.....or something else that can be addressed!

We have a elm out back that seems to have suddenly up and died  Fleshed out with leaves and everything and now it looks dead? o_O
And the biggest Oak out front we had to cut the top out of two or three years ago, now one side of it is damaged :( REALLY hate to lose that one :(
Drought?

I suppose anything is possible  But it's pretty much a goner.

Not hardly Atty, we have a yard full of trees and this one is just standing there all alone like that :?:
I'm actually wondering if lightening may have hit it without doing visible damage and killed it?

    From a vendor:

Changing our lineup, not our style

New FDA regulations and our desire to simplify have brought some changes to Black Note’s lineup.

You’ll still find the most-loved tobacco blends of Prelude, Sonata, Legato, Forte and Solo.

We’re eliminating Adagio, Cadenza and Bravura.

Products with 2.4% nicotine (24 mg) are out.

See... at least THEY are SAYING something. It may not be good news, but it's NEWS.

They are eliminating stock. Mov for one has a clearance section.
Clearance sales have been around. What the above ^ vendor has done is
actually SAY the change was due to upcoming FDA regulations. It's NEW,
it's REFRESHING (and you know what I mean), and it's what we consumers
    need to know.

(Unfortunately, it's only 5-day notice and I have not yet tried the flavours
    they are eliminating.)
