Get some yogurt...maybe like activia or something that says probiotic. I don't buy into using probiotics all the time, but when antibiotics kill off the good bacteria in your gut, they can help replace them.
Basically, I don't think it will hurt and it will probably help.

Not all yogurts are created equal in these days of mass production, Tibs. Hope you checked it out for bacteria types. I only say this because of your upset tummy (but antibiotics can do that too).
