I bought one 1600mAh Spinner a long time ago, it's nice but I have come to prefer these box mods that don't fall over so easily

I use them both but I lay the Spinners down.

Most of mine are standing upright in a wooden utensil rack. Can fit quite a few I-Sticks and some tubes without the fear of rolling or knocking them with my elbow or whatever.

They emailed and asked what wattage I am using, along with the kind of tank and OHM coils. Silly me, I should have told them all that stuff in the first email. DUH!!

Yes, because they are probably expecting me to say I use 25 watts and a sub ohm coil, when in reality, I use between 10 and 12 watts and a 1.5 ohm coil.

I usually don't exceed 8 watts with a 1.5-1.8 ohm coil. Yep, I'm a tootle puffer, I guess!

Now they want to know if I chain vape and do I charge when dead or half dead!!!!!
I don't chain vape, although I vape all throughout the day and I wait until they are dead, same as I do with my Aspires.

Yea, makes me wonder if they are trying to say it's how I use it, but I keep telling them the Aspire lasts way longer vaping the exact same way.

I'm surprised they're giving you a hard time. I had a problem once with a pv I bought from Madvapes. They sent me a new one right out. Didn't want the other back either.

I know, and, like I said, they've always been good to me. Don't know what the problem is, but I'm beginning to think they are going to blame it on either vaping a lot, OR not charging when only half dead. When do you charge yours?

I charge mine when they're dead as a rule. Once in awhile when see they're low.

They told me to submit a return "request". I asked for a refund instead of replacement. If I get another one, it will be through FT like Dale originally suggested!!
