You used a device, won't let them just replace it, got use of it, got a refund. They aren't all that bad. But if they don't give you the refund, or if they won't instead swap it out...then I'd understand being upset.
See....vendors take a big hit when people (not you) order stuff, use it for a while, and then just demand their money back for whatever reason they make up.
So OF COURSE there's a return process. They'd be out of business if there wasn't. Sure, you can argue that most people are honest and it doesn't really amount to much for the people that are cheating the system. But having some return reason is probably required by the MANUFACTURER too. So they have to pass the info along if they tell the maker they got some bad hardware. And the maker may want it back for analysis.
So it's all that. Now, if you had just asked for them to swap it out, it may have been easier.

Kat one thing you might try if you don't already is turn them off when charging and use a 1000 mha charger oh well that's two things

just a fast stop-by! while spark did well, this turned into a highly aggravating day! left my tablet at ncsu and didn't realize it till i was 45 minutes down the road. naturally, no sign of it when i called. i use it mainly to read but forgot how i set this thing up originally.
anyhow, will be spending the rest of the evening changing passwords - just in case
most annoying - i won't be able to continue with my book tonight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
